Return Process

  Log into your NESTA TOYS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
